Tasha Boerner has represented coastal San Diego in the Assembly since 2018. She is a fourth-generation coastal San Diego County resident running for State Assembly District 77 to fight for sustainability, opportunity and equity in our San Diego coastal communities.

I’m a mom, businesswoman, and a former PTA leader who got my start in public service by fighting to get a stop sign installed near my kids’ school. After hitting a wall of bureaucracy, I eventually succeeded. The experience taught me the value of being persistent and building coalitions in order to get things done.
